Delivery Policy

A flat rate of $5.35 delivery charge will be incurred for order less than $160.

Delivery will be made within 5-7 days after your order has been processed. Delivery is only available on working days, from Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm), excluding Public Holidays. Multiple transactions made within the same day may not be delivered on the same day. Orders will be shipped according to availability.


Self collection hours will be Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) at our office, 2 Soon Wing Road, Soon Wing Industrial Building, #07-07, Singapore 347893

Exchange or refund a product (hardware) which was purchased wrongly?

Only unopened* and unmarked product(s) can be exchanged for another product(s) of similar or higher value within Seven (7) days from date of purchase. Request for refunds are at the discretion of the management.

Opened/broken sealed products such as media disc (CD-R, DVD-R etc), printing paper & ink/toner cartridges are not exchangeable.

Replace a defective* product (hardware) purchased less than Seven (7) days

Customer must bring back the defective product with original packaging and receipt or tax invoice to the store of origin within Seven (7) days from date of purchase. Product(s) will be retained for testing and diagnosis before an exchange.

*Defective product replacement does not include Apple Original Products, Beat Headphones, all brands of Desktop PC, Notebooks, Tablets and any products where warranty is registered.
